Can you remove floors from just one room or do you only do whole-house jobs?

We handle both single-room and whole-house (or whole-building) floor removal. Many of our Orlando-area residential jobs start with one or two rooms and expand once the homeowner sees the quality of the work. Commercial clients also frequently request phased removal by section or floor.

Do you only remove floors or do you also install new ones?

CF Floor Removal specializes exclusively in professional floor removal. We do not install new flooring. This focus allows us to perfect dust control, subfloor protection, and clean extraction without dividing attention across multiple trades. Many of our customers hire us specifically because we treat removal as a professional service rather than a side task.

Do you work on both residential and commercial properties?

Yes. We perform floor removal for single-family homes, townhomes, condos, offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other commercial properties throughout the greater Orlando area and surrounding cities.

How do I know if my floors need professional removal instead of DIY?

Professional removal is usually the smarter choice when the flooring is glued down, covers a large area, contains multiple layers, or sits in a lived-in home where dust and debris would create major disruption. DIY often leads to damaged subfloors, incomplete adhesive removal, and dust that settles into HVAC systems and furniture. If the job feels bigger than a weekend project, professional removal almost always saves time, stress, and money in the long run.

What happens to the old flooring after you remove it?

All removed flooring and debris are hauled away from the property and disposed of properly. We do not leave materials on-site for the customer to handle. This is included in every quote so there are no surprise disposal fees at the end of the job.

What types of flooring can you remove?

We remove virtually every common flooring type found in Central Florida homes and commercial spaces, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, porcelain, ceramic, engineered wood, and glued-down flooring. Our crews are equipped for both floating and fully adhered installations. If you have an unusual material, send photos with your quote request and we’ll confirm whether we can handle it.
