What we believe

Removal is the start of the next good thing.

Floor removal does not need to put a home, remodel, or job site into chaos. It should make room for the work that comes next.

Central Florida Floor Removal focuses on tile and hardwood removal with specialized dust-control equipment, clearly scoped debris-handling options, and a practical handoff to the next trade. The standard is simple: work carefully, work efficiently, and leave the space ready to move forward.

The CF standard

Built for the next trade.

Our work is designed to make the handoff easy, whether the next step is new flooring, a larger remodel, or commercial build-out.

01 / Control

Protect the space.

Specialized dust-control equipment helps reduce airborne dust and disruption compared with conventional demolition methods.

02 / Pace

Respect the schedule.

We work with the project timeline in mind, helping homeowners and trade partners move into the next phase sooner.

03 / Handoff

Leave it ready.

The old flooring is removed and the surface is prepared for the next trade. Debris hauling is completed when included in the approved project scope.
